I graduated from Cheyney State College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Accounting. I have over thirty years of experience in law enforcement/criminal and civil investigations, auditing and accounting. Graced with the opportunity to retire at a very early age, I sought interesting ventures to advance my education. When presented with the opportunity to enter a Minority Owned, Family Business (Golden Key Rental) I jumped at the chance. I am a property manager for Golden Key Rental. I utilize my skills and experience to ensure your property needs are addressed and met. I use my law enforcement instincts and techniques to scrutinize information and suggest the best course of action for the owner and the property. My background in auditing and accounting is used to accurately and meticulously track the income and expenses of the property and advise accordingly. At Golden Key Rental, we address all your rental, buying and selling needs. We put our heart and soul into every assignment. Customer satisfaction is a priority.

My name is Patricia Boyd-Smith
I graduated from Cheyney State College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology in 1980. In 2003 I expanded my education with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration Technology Management from the University Of Phoenix. After retiring with 35 years of work experience with the Department of Defense as a Customer Service Representative I decided to venture into a new direction. With my Customer Service experience, I decided to join into a Minority Owned Family Business founded as Golden Key Rental LLC.
As a Property Manager, my priority is to make my clients happy by exceeding their expectations. I listen to the clients' wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction, and strive to ensure that the renting, buying or selling process is easy, exciting and stress-free. Our clients can count on our team to provide professional assistance when they have any questions or concerns right from our first meeting.

My name is Allen Ellerbe
Allen Ellerbe, a native of the Philadelphia County area, was born and raised in West Philly and graduated from Overbrook High School. He holds a Bachelor s of Science degree from Cabrini College in Accounting. For the last 15 years he has worked in the public sector as an Accountant and Auditor. He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Licensed Enrolled Agent, who is federally authorized by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers regarding tax issues to include audits, collections and appeals. He resides in Havertown, PA with his wife, Theresa. Together the two have raised their four children in the Havertown School District. Delaware and Philadelphia County are great places to live and work, which is why Allen continues to call these areas home. With roots in Philly, and a home in the surrounding county, his knowledge of the areas can assist buyers and sellers alike. Allen provides exceptional service, protecting and prioritizing the needs of his clients first. His motto, Listen first and respond second! With an understanding of your clients needs and wants, you position yourself to help them achieve it all. Real Estate has always been a dream career, and now Allen is excited to embark on this new journey. He has dedicated his entire career in helping others, build and protect their wealth.
